Chocolate Pancakes recipe

This classic Chocolate Pancakes recipe can be whipped quickly and filled with just about any food-based dessert. Try using a combination of nuts, fruits and sauces for your own unique pancakes. To make an intensely rich dessert, layer a few berries with homemade whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Enjoy yourselves!

Prep time: 25 minutes


Cook time: 30 minutes


                                      Total time: 55 minutes


          Ingredients:    

• 2 cups milk

• 1 1/2 cups flour

• 1/2 cup cocoa powder

• 6 tablespoons powder sugar

• 2 large eggs

• Warranty 2 tablespoons butter, melted

• Pure vanilla 1/2 teaspoon

• 1/4 teaspoon salt


            Training:           

Whisk all ingredients vigorously until the batter CREPE completely smooth; allow him to rest in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before making the pancakes.

Melt a little butter in CREPE Pan or large skillet over medium-low. Add 3 tablespoons of batter into the Pan and swirl until at the bottom of the tray covered with dough. Cook for 1 minute of CREPE, or until a CREPE with a slightly damp on top and gold underneath. Loosen edges CREPE, slide spatula under him and then he gently flip down into the pot. Cook for 1 minute and transfer cooked CREPE stove to keep warm. Repeat with remaining dough.
